Tierra De Origen is a small lot from Huila, in southern Colombia. It’s all Caturra, grown high, between 1,830 and 1,880 meters, and harvested this past season, November through February.
It’s fully washed, which keeps it clean and lets the sweetness lead. Red apple, caramel, and milk chocolate. Medium, silky body. The finish is sweet and clean, and the caramel stays with you.
Limited lot. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
